It’s baaaaccckkkkk! With much anticipation and fans begging for this, and as a part of Disney’s #HalfwayToHalloween celebration announcements, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is making a comeback! 2019 was the last time that Disney held this party and we cannot wait for it. During the 2020 and 2021 seasons, Disney either didn’t have a party or held “Disney After Hours Boo Bash” in place of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. That event was merely a few extra hours in the park with some merch and some treats, but it was not Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party that all fans adored. To say we’re excited is the understatement of the year.
Why is Everyone so Excited about the Return of MNSSHP?
What’s different about this party? This party is full of festive Halloween”ness.” There are stage shows, which include the Sanderson Sisters from Disney’s Hocus Pocus, and the infamous ride of the Headless Horseman. Ride lines are much shorter because this event is held after hours from 7 pm to midnight, and it’s a special ticketed event. Meaning that even if you have purchased a day ticket to enter Magic Kingdom, after 7 pm, you must have a Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party ticket to stay in the park and attend any events or ride any attractions. The park is full of fun merchandise and fun festive treats and drinks. To top it off, there are several Trick or Treat stations set up throughout the park, where all guests get to fill up on candy. Costumes are welcome and encouraged for all guests.
